THE 5 ENERGIES

LIGHT ENERGY

Light is electromagnetic radiation within a certain portion of the electromagnetic spectrum . The world usually refers to visible light , which is visible to the human eye and is responsible for the sense of sight .
The main sourse of light on Earth is the Sun. Sunlight provides the energy that green plants use to create sugars mostly in the form of starches, which release energy into the living things that digest them.

NUCLEAR ENERGY

Nuclear Energy is energy in the nucleus (core) of an atom. Atoms are tiny particles that make up every object in the universe. There is enormous energy in the bonds that hold atoms together. Nuclear energy can be used to make electricity. But first the energy must be released.

ELECTRICAL ENERGY

Electrical Energy is the energy newly derived from electrical potential energy. When loosely used to describe energy absorbed or delivered by an electrical circuit for axample, one provided by an electric power utility, talks about energy which has been converted from electrical potential that is delivered by the

HEAT ENERGY

Heat is energy in transfer other than as work or by transfer of matter. When where is a suitable physical pathway , heat flows from a hotter body to a colder one. Heat refers to a process of transfer between two syatem, the system of interest, and its surroundings considered as a system, not to a state or property of a single system.

POTENTIAL ENERGY

Potential Energy is the energy that an object has due to its position in a force field or that a system has due to the configuration of its parts. Common types include the gravitational potential energy of an object that depends on its vertical position and mass, the elastic potential energy of an extended spring, and the electric potential energy of a change in an electric field.
