Superficially resembles a cauliflower, but is located between coliflowers and broccoli.

It is edible and is rich in vitamin C, vitamin K, dietary fiber and carotenoids.

INTERSPECIFIC: Aphid infestation can destroy an agricultural harvest forcing farmers to use chemicals to stop it
