SAVE ENERGY




1.- Use low energy lamps.



2.- Put the air conditioning temperature not higher than 22 C degrees and not below 20 C degrees. And, of course, try to save the heating when the weather is good!






3.- Check that your fridge is completely closed and avoid to open it too many times. The fridge must be closed most of the time and opened only when necessary. 



4.- Swicht off and unplug all electric devices when you are not using them.




5.- Try to fill up your washing machine every time you do the laundry.






6.- Be careful with hot water: Remember to put off the water taps when you're not using them or when you're soaping up. If you want to save energy, is better to take a shower than to have a bath...






7.- And use your feet! There  are many ordinary things you and your family can do by walking, or biking. Leave the car at home and start to move yourself. You will save energy and that's good for your health!
