  • calf muscle, quadriceps, obliques, serratus and abdominals.





  • tennis

  • clavicle, ribs, humerus, radius, ulna and pelvis.
  • you need this muscles:
  • sternocleidomastoid, pectorals, deltoid, biceps and triceps.




  • jump
  • you need this bones:
  • tibia, fibula, patella and femur.
  • you need this muscles:
  • calf muscle, quadriceps and obliques.
