Uses
- Silver has been used to make fine pieces of jewelry, coins, utensils and various pieces of art.
- Currently, silver is also used in dentistry, electronics, photography, mirrors and some industrial applications.
Characteristics
- It's very ductile and malleable.
- It has the highest electrical conductivity of all metals, even higher than copper.
- It has the highest thermal conductivity of any metal.
