1.BASKETBALL馃弨

BONES:Clavicle,radius,ulna,femur,patella,
fibula,tibia,phalanx,sternun,ankle and
wrist,pelvis.

MUSCLES:Deltoid,sternomastocleidomastoid,biceps,triceps,quadriceps,calf muscle,obliques,serratus and tibia.

2.FOOTBALL⚽

BONES:Frontal,cranium,clavicle,humerus,radius,pelvis,ulna,wrist,phalnx,femur,
patella,fibula,tibia and ankle.

MUSCLE:Sternomastocleidomastoid,deltoid,biceps,triceps,calf muscle,quadriceps.

3.SWIMMING馃寠

BONES:Sternum,clavicle,ribs,
humerus,radius,ulna,wrist,
phalanx,pelvis,femur,patella,
tibia,fibula.

MUSCLE:Sternomastocleidomastoid,deltoid,biceps,triceps,andabdominals,serratus,obliques,quadriceps,calf muscle.
