Five Activities

Running:
  •  Bones     = Femur, tibia, fibula, radius, ulna and humerus.
  • Muscles   = Quadriceps, calf muscle and bíceps


Play basketball

  • Bones:    Humerus, radius, ulna, femur, tibia, fibula, patella, wrist and phalanx.
  • Muscles: Bíceps, tríceps, quadriceps, calf muscle, abdominals, obliques and sternocleidomastoid.

 
Walking

  • Bones:    Femur, tibi and fibula.
  • Muscles: Quadriceps, calf muscle and sternocleidomastoid.
 
 

Swimming

  • Bones:    Humerus, radius, ulna, femur, tibia, fibula, patella, wrist,clavicle, pelvis and craneo.
  • Muscles: Bíceps, tríceps, quadriceps,serratus, calf muscle, abdominals, obliques and sternocleidomastoid

Writting

  • Bones:    Wrist, humerus, radius, ulna and phalanx.
  • Muscles: Bíceps and tríceps
