1.TENNIS:BONES:ankle,doll,knee,head , elvow ,feet and shoulders
MUSCLES: quacdriceps,triceps,biceps,chest,
back,oblique,abs and twins.





2.SWIMMING

BONES:arms,legs,neck,shoulders,feet,hip,
back.

MUSCLES:buttocks,biceps,triceps,pectorals,
quadriceps.



3.VOLEYBOLL

BONES:Feet,ankle,hip,knee,dool and back.

MUSCLES:ABS,quaddriceps ,calf,buttocks,forearm.







4.rhythmic  gymnastics





BONES:feets,back,arms,shoulders.
MUSCLES:quadriceps,buttocks,chest,peroneal.


5.BIKING


BONES:feet,dools and legs.
MUSCLE:buttocks,quadriceps,twins and abs




6.ARCHERY

BONES;neck,arms and waist.
MUSCLE:abs
