7 ACTIVITIES

1-ICE SKATING
  • BONES: radius, ulna, femur, fibula and tibia
  • MUSCLES: sternocleidomastoid, deltoid, biceps, triceps, abdominals, serratus, obliques, isquiotiviales, quadriceps, calf muscle.

2-BASKETBALL
  • BONES: femur, tibia, fibula, patella, radius, ulna, humerus, clavicle and phalangs.
  • MUSCLES: sternocleidomastoid, deltoid, biceps, triceps, abdominals, serratus, obliques, isquiotiviales, quadriceps, calf muscle.

3-VOLEYBALL
  • BONES: femur, tibia, fibula, patella, radius, ulna, humerus, clavicle and phalangs.

4-TENNIS
