Swimming
Swimming is the most complete sport.
Muscles: Quadriceps , pectorals, sternocleidoidmastoid, deltoid, biceps, triceps, adominals, seratus, obliques.
Bones: Femur, patella, tibia, twin, clavicle, sternum, ribs, humerus, radius, ulna, phalangs, elbow,pelvis.
Basketball
All the muscles of the arms and the legs like for example:
Muscles: Deltoid, biceps, triceps, quadriceps, cafl muscle.
Bones: Humerus, radius, ulna, rist, phalangs, femur, patella, fibula, tibia,ankle, phalangs.
Also important are the muscles of the abdomen (abdominals, serratus, obliques) and back.
Tennis
In the tennis muscles and bones of the upper part, and lower part and the trunk.
Upper part:
Muscles : Sternocleidomastoid, deltoid, biceps, triceps and forearm muscle.
Bones: Clavicle, humerus, elbow, radius, ulna, rist, phalangs.
Lowert part:
Muscles: Quadriceps, calf muscle, twins and ankle muscle.
Trunk:
Muscle:the muscles of the abdomen (abdominals, serratus, obliques) and back.
Bones: Ribs, vertebral column, pelvis.

The fotball is a sport where mainly the following muscles and bones are used:

Also the muscles ofe de neck, the sternocleidomastoid end the bones of the head.
