RUNNING:



BONES
Many bones are used when running, the most important ones in the leg: Sacrum, Femur, Patella, Tibia and Fibula.

MUSCLES
The most important ones in the leg are: Gluteals, Quadricpes, Hamstrings, Calf muscle, Foot flexors.

SWIMMING:


BONES:
The main bones that are used when swimming are the clavicle, humerus, radius and the ulna.
From the leg the Femur, Tibia and Fibula. These bones are used along with the hip joint, knee joint and ankle joint to kick the legs.
MUSCLES:
The most important muscles in the upper limb which includes the thenars, brachioradialis, flexor digitorum profundus, biceps, triceps and the deltoids.  The neck muscles, also important, the sternocleidomastoid muscle.

LAUGHING:













BONES: There are no bones involved in the lauging.
MUSCLES: There are 5 main muscles: Buccinator, Orbicularis, Ptergomandibular, Levator anglui oris muscle, Jaw muscles.

PLAYING THE GUITAR:



BONES:
The most important bones are,  left hand: metacarpals, forearm strength, phalanges. Right hand: wrist.
MUSCLES:
There are 4 main muscles: Extensor policis longus, Extensor retinaculum, Extensor pollicis brevis, Abductur pollicis longus.
