7ACTIVITIES

1.TENNIS

·Muscles: abs, chest, oblique, back, biceps, triceps,quadriceps, twins.               
·Bones: head, shoulders, elbow, shoulders, wrist, knee, unkle, feet.
                       



2. SWIMMING

·Muscles: buttochos, biceps, triceps, pectorals, quadriceps.                         
·Bones: shoulders, arms, back, hip, legs, feet.







3. BOWLING

·Muscles: deltoid, biceps, quadriceps, calfmuscle.
·Bones: clavicle, humerus, radious, ulna, wrist, phalanx.






4. BASKETBALL

·Muscles: deltoid, biceps, quadriceps, calfmuscle.
·Bones: radious, ulna, wrist, phalanx, femur, patella, fibula, tibia, ankle.











5. RHYTHMIC GIMNASTIC

·Muscles: peroneal, buttochs, cheart, quadriceps.                           
·Bones: feets, arms, back, shoulders.












6. ICE SKATING

·Muscles: abdominals, buttocks, abdominals.                      
·Bones: feets, arms, back, shoulders.








7. SING

·Muscle: diafragm, tongue, lips, abdomen.      
·Bones: jaw.
