FIVE ACTIVITIES
- BASKETBALL: Muscles: Deltoid, triceps, biceps, quadriceps, esternocleidomastoid, pectorals, abdominals and calf muscle. Bones: Pelvis, patella, phalanx, clavicle, humerus, femur, fibula and unkle.
- VOLLEIBOLL: Muscles: Deltoid, pectorals, biceps, obliques, abdominals, triceps, quadriceps and trapecius. Bones: Tibia, fibula, patella, ulna, radius, clavicle, femur, and phalanx.
- SWIMMING: Muscles: Esternocleidomastoid, deltoid, serratus, pectorals, abdominals, quadriceps, trapecius and triceps. Bones: Humerus, radius, femur, tibia, ulna, fibula, wrist, patella, pelvis, craneo and clavicle.
- RIDING A BIKE: Muscles: Quadriceps and calf muscle. Bones: Patella, femur, tibia and fibula.
- PLAYING TENNIS: Muscles: Esternocleidomastoid, pectorals, biceps, triceps, quadriceps, deltoid, obliques and serratus. Bones: Humerus, radius, ulna, phalanx, patella, femur, tibia, wrist and unkle.
