Running:

- Arm:  humerus, radius, ulna, phalanges.
- Leg: femur, patella, tibia, fibula, phalanges , pelvis.

Muscles: 
- Arm: biceps.
- Leg: quadriceps, adductors, triceps, gluteus.

Abdominals:
Bones: sternum, ribs , spinal column.
Muscles: abdominals.

Writing
Bones: phalanges, radius, ulna.
Muscles: biceps, triceps.

Walking
Bones:
