5 activities


 Skating:
Bones: patella, phalanx, radius, ulna, ribs, frontal, vertevral column and hips.
Muscles: glutes, quadriceps, abdominals, aductors and hamstring.
 Basketball:
Bones: vertebral column, femur, patella, ankle, radius, ulna, humerus and frontal.
Muscles: quadriceps, calf muscle, triceps and abdominals.
 

Badminton:
Bones: vertebral column, femur, ankle ,patella ,phalanx, humerus, ulna and radius.
Muscles: pectorals, abdominals and obliques.
 
Football:
Bones: frontal, humerus, radius, ulna, phalanx, fenur, hips, patella and ankle.
Muscles: calf muscle, abduptors, quadriceps, pectorals, abdominals, lumbars, dorsals, tibia and hamstring.
 

Handball: 
Bones: femur, patella, tibia and fibula.
Muscles: quadriceps, calf muscle, lumbars, aductors, hamstring,  glutes, deltoid and trapezoids.
