First movements: kick a ball
muscles: quadriceps and calf muscle 
bones: femur and patella 

Secon movements: lifting weights 
muscles: deltoid,biceps and triceps 
bones: humerus,radius ulna and arpians 





Third: release of javelin 
muscles: deltoid,biceps and triceps 
bones: humerus,radius,ulna and arpians
