The touch

When you touch a thing you can feel that this thing is gelatinous, cold, hot, rough, smooth, liquid, solid, sharp, pointed, sticky...

The principal organ of the sense of touch is the skin and the nerves.

. The skin is divided into three layers : epidermis, which is the surface layer, the dermis and the hypodermis is the deepest layer.

A human being can live despite being blind, deaf and lack of sense of taste and smell, but it is impossible to survive without the functions of the skin.
