THE MUSCLE AND THE BONES



KICK
  • Kicking a soccer ball all the bones and joints of the lower body are used. Tarsus, metatarsus and phalanges of the foot provides the interface hitting the ball. The tibia and tarsus form the ankle joint, which should remain slightly bent but stiff when you kick to keep power. Your knee joint, consisting of the tibia and femur, while extending the thigh muscles contract and hip, consisting of the femur and the hip bone, swings forward in a movement called hip flexion.

SMILE

  •  At smile used six pairs of muscles, including those listed: the lift angle of the mouth muscle, the levator muscle of the upper lip, the orbicularis oculi, the giggly, the zygomatic major and minor zygomatic. In sum, surely, there are 12 muscles we use to smile.


WALK

  • The main muscles that facilitate walking are the quadriceps and hamstrings, calf muscles of the legs and hip adductors. The gluteal and abdominal muscles also play an important role in moving forward.
