Stand on tiptoes, cry and do a "high five" by Paula Castro
When we stand on tiptoes, cry and do a "high five", we have to use muscles, bones and joints.
Stand on tiptoes:
- muscles : calf muscle and quadriceps
- bones: phalanges and metatarsals
Cry:
- muscles: jaw muscle and orbicular
- bones: jaw
Do a "high five"
- muscles: deltoid, biceps and triceps
- bones: clavicle, humerus, radius, ulna and carpians.
