Stand on tiptoes, cry and do a "high five" by Paula Castro

When we stand on tiptoes, cry and do a "high five", we have to use muscles, bones and joints.



Stand on tiptoes:     
  • muscles : calf muscle and quadriceps
  • bones: phalanges and metatarsals



Cry:
  • muscles: jaw muscle and orbicular
  • bones: jaw





Do a "high five"
  • muscles: deltoid, biceps and triceps 
  • bones: clavicle, humerus, radius, ulna and carpians.
