Rafflesia

Looking for a diferent flower, I found this!!!



Rafflesia Arnoldii

This flower lives in the humid forest of Indonesia, it is the second bigger flower world. Rafflesia is a parasitic flower cultivation, it feeds on other plants.

The plants has not roots or leaves, its flower is only visible. And it does not photosynthesis.

The Rafflesia grows on the roots of tress and parasitize them. Its flowers emit fetid odor and hot, to simulate the hot and smell of a dead animal and to attract carrion flies to pollinate the flower.
