Fishes live in water.
There are two types of fish freshwater and saltwater.

The main parts of the fish are heart ,gill, brain, mouth, stomach.
Fishes breathe using gills, they extract oxygen from water around them.
Have a streanlined body , which is divided into head trunk and tail.
The fishses have fins .
The outer body of many fish is covered with scales.
They are oviparous.
They can be carnivorous (eat meat), hervivorous (eat plants) or omnivorous(eat variety of meat and plants).
Usually
males and females of the same species
are different colours or have a different body shape .
Many
fishses have excellent vision.
They
have nolstrils and are able to detect odors in water.
The
fishses may or may not have teeth depending of the species.
They
have lateral line. They used to detect movement and vibration in surrounding
water.
